Any way to contact SCAMPers from the global map?

Post by Gar »

I have not purchased plans for the SCAMP, though I have been very interested for a few years. There are several SCAMPs (not complete per the map) in a 3 hour driving radius of my house. I would love to contact these people and discuss where they are in the process, etc. just wondering if there was any way to do this? Or maybe this is the only way. Anyway, I'm in Pikeville, Ky and would love to talk to whomever has the SCAMPs in Charleston, WV; Huntington, WV; Louisville, Ky; and Hamilton, OH. If anyone would be willing to talk to me, message me and I'll give you my contact info. Thanks, and sorry if I disrupt the board with the request.

making contact information public is tricky. most folks don't like their info 'out there'. for SCA there would need to be a statement when folks purchase their kit/plans that their contact info will be publicly posted on the Internet.

send Josh an email, smallcraftadvisor@earthlink.net, asking if any of the owners near you have stated they are willing to have other SCAMPers contact them about their build.

the 'next way', as you did, is post on this forum as ask 'who is near me'.
