Supporting the mast and boom/spar on the road.

I needed something better than strapping everything at an angle while on the trailer. Made a couple of supports, one fits in the the mast box and the other attaches to my fishing rod holder inserts in the aft deck. Both kind of overkill and overdesign but who is in a hurry, only been 5 years.

Stern boom support

Decided to do some laminating and bending here. Wanted something that could potentially break down and be light weight with the idea that it could stay on the boat and act as the rear support for a tent as well.

Some finished details on the boat. Thought I would show some of the hardware in place without any rigging. Then in the next series I will put up some shots of the rigging on the boat which is pretty much to plan

Cheers,

Dan
