REALLY nice neat work Dan. I am impressed! Good presentation of the material and what you are doing also.

Thanks all,
I took the cabin sides and top off to finish off the interior prior to final installation.

Adding the Anderson bailer - this is a real pain at this point of the build - literally for an old guy with a sore back. If you are going to put one of these in then I would strongly suggest you cut the hole in the bottom before adding any bulkhead etc. The other option is to wait until you flip her over and get one of the outside install units which I think would be easier all the way around. This is in the port side scupper with a pvc connector tube running under the sole to the stb side which has an electric baler

Cabin sides and top screwed and glued in place as with dry fit. Epoxy thickened to a bit more than catchup consistency. Time to add the various doublers

Fillets - I filleted the sides of the cabin along the deck and the vertical parts of BH 3 and 4. I also did the aft curve of the roof line on BH 4. I will do all the rest along the roofline once she is upside down.

Looks great, Dan -- thanks for your good documentation!
Regarding your fillets, can you provide more info on your mix to get that glossy finish? I mix about 1/3 silica and 2/3 or a bit more wood flour, and mine have a rougher texture.
Thanks - Dave
