At long last, my SCAMP #11 assembly is underway. Commenced on 7/30 and here's where we are. John Welsford has arrived and is pitching in with gusto. Glue up this weekend!

Today, however, I'm off to the NorthWest School of Wooden Boatbuilding to celebrate their 31st. and help show off SCAMP #1. It's a brilliant day with good winds developing early.

SCAMP Camp starts on August 8 and there are 9 other SCAMPs anxiously waiting on their assembly. Come on over and check it out.

Simeon :D

Simeon,

Congrats on getting started, talk about high powered help. Still trying to figure out how to pop in for a visit during the SCAMP camp. Are they at the boat school or at the marine center in PT? Anything happening on weekends or just during the week?

Cheers,

Dan

We're at the NW Maritime Center at Port Townsend. Yes, we'll (some or all) will be there on the weekend. Come on by!

So love the name SCAMP CAMP.

And so wish we might have one in Australia, but not enough prospective builders here ... YET!

Good luck to you all.

Keep us all posted.
