SCAMP Forward Of Bulkhead #4

Is the area forward of bulkhead #4 on a SCAMP part of the water ballast tank?

I don't have my plans handy, but I believe the area under the floor between bulkhead #3 and bulkhead #4 is not part of the water ballast tank.

The ballast tank is the area under the floor between bulkhead #4 and bulkhead #5. It is not expressly shown in the manual but it appears the best place to put the water ballast drain is near the centerboard pin. That way both can be accessed via a single inspection port.

Greg is correct. Water ballast is between #4 & #5. It does not go forward of bulkhead #4.
