Anyone near Texas or Oklahoma can check out the Red Scamp next weekend, May 4-6 at the BOOTS sailing event held on Lake Texoma.
That is the Oklahoma-Texas border lake straddling both states.

It is a free event, really nice people and nice marina where we all hang out and launch from. No formal membership, a semi-organized event. This year we have about 23 boats coming.

We launch from Cedar Mills Marina and mostly camp there or sleep on board our boats. There is a yahoo discussion group or you can e-mail us for contact information.
