Adobe Acrobat End User License Agreement
The customer may have another agreement written directly with Adobe (z.B a volume license agreement) that completes or replaces all or part of this Agreement. THE SOFTWARE IS ONLY ALLOWED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, NOT SOLD. The use of certain Adobe hardware and services contained in the software or accessible by the software may be subject to additional terms and conditions. You`ll find information about non-Adobe materials at www.adobe.com/go/thirdparty. 14.1 Automatic Internet connections. The software can lead the client`s computer to automatically connect to the Internet without notice and to communicate with an Adobe website or Adobe domain to ensure purposes such as license validation and to provide the customer with additional information, functionality or functionality. Unless otherwise stated in sections 14.2 to 14.7, the following provisions apply to all automatic Internet connections of the software: 4.6.2 Except for educational software (as defined in section 16.3), preversion software (as defined in section 16.2), evaluation software, copies of the software, which are not available for resale, or software purchased through Adobe`s volume licensing program and which remain available under Clause 4.6.3, may be transferred permanently by the customer to another natural or legal person, provided that: (a) the customer is also (i) this agreement; (ii) serial numbers, software affixed to media provided by Adobe or its authorized distributor, and any other software or hardware that is bundled, packaged or pre-installed with the software, including all copies, updates and previous versions (as defined in section 5 below) and (iii) all copies of software written to that individual or corporation; (b) the customer does not keep updates, previous versions or copies, including backups and copies stored on a computer; and (c) the receiving party accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all other conditions under which the Customer purchased a valid license for the Software. I have exactly the same problem, every forum I`ve checked tells me that the end user agreement should be requested when I open Acrobat Reader, but not because I installed it about two years ago (and I probably accepted the deal at the time).
I can`t reinstall it all because I no longer have these hard drives, and now I`m stuck because I can`t open pdf in my web browser… This agreement, in particular Section 16.1.2, is intended to describe the client`s rights (including legal rights) in the event of a problem with the use of the software.
